Preparation is Essential to a Successful Outcome!

At Reno Tahoe Limousine, we understand the importance of providing flawless service to our
clients who count on us to get them to their desired destinations in a safe and efficient manner.

A good deal of preparation goes into play with each and every trip we book, striving to
maximize communication between our schedulers, dispatchers, and drivers to ensure we
complete our tasks without fail while providing full and complete accountability every step of
the way!

We monitor radar, weather conditions, your flight information and more to make sure we offer the best, most convenient service in the region.

Our company utilizes the latest tracking technology through the Samsara system, which allows our office to monitor and track all of our vehicles at any given time. We can readily and easily see in real-time where a vehicle is, how fast it’s going, what the condition of the vehicle is, where it’s been, and the driver’s hours of driving. As well, it monitors and records all of the vehicle inspection reports which take place at the beginning and end of EACH trip!

During inclement weather and/or road closures during the winter, our office team coordinates a plan with our drivers to discuss alternate routes and garage departure times to ensure we arrive in a timely fashion without compromising safety.

Days before a potential adverse weather pattern arrives, we look ahead to see its potential impact and we plan accordingly so we are not caught by surprise when the storm hits.
