Safety Protocols

At Reno Tahoe Limousine we are committed to providing superior service to our clients while maintaining a level of uncompromised safety. We continue to consult various state, federal, and industry authorities to help us ensure that our operations are the safest and most up to date with the latest guidelines. These agencies include (but are not limited to) the CDC, Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, and the National Limousine Association.

The following are our required updated procedures and risk reduction measures:

  • All employees must undergo temperature checks and self-screening at the beginning and end of each shift and will not be permitted to work if they are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Vehicle interiors will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with an approved CDC recommended alcohol-based disinfectant between each and every ride, paying special attention to seating areas, armrests, door handles, air vents, radio and a/c controls, etc.
  • Car ventilation systems will be set to “non-recirculated air mode” in both the chauffeur and passenger compartments.
  • To minimize inadvertent contact and to reassure passengers, chauffeurs will wear masks and disposable gloves. Customers may opt to handle their own luggage and personal items.
  • Passengers will be prohibited from sitting in the front seat.
  • Drivers will not shake hands or attempt to make any physical contact with passengers.
  • Social distancing will be practiced at all times, unless an action requires closer proximity.
  • All reading materials will be removed from the vehicle.
  • Plexiglass dividers have been installed and are available on most SUV’s and Sprinters.

All vehicles will be equipped with the following items and offered to passengers at no charge:

  • Hand Sanitizer and Disinfectant Wipes
  • Facial Tissue
  • Complimentary disposable gloves
  • Complimentary disposable masks*

(*We strongly encourage the use of masks by our passengers for the safety of your driver and the other passengers around you – thank you!)

RNO’s Road to Recovery-

Things to RNO….

For our airports and community to recover from the pandemic, it is vitally important to entice people to fly again and make them feel comfortable doing so. RNO, like most airports across the country, has lost approximately 95% of its passengers since mid-March. Industry experts say that domestic, leisure travel will be the first to rebound, followed by business travel, and then international travel. It is also believed that there will be two types of passengers. The first being those eager to fly and the second being those scared to be exposed. We are working hard to get the word out that RNO is ready to move passengers safely through our terminal when they are ready to fly. Your help in spreading this important message is key to our recovery. Now, more than ever, we are all in this together.

“Things to RNO” is a quick factsheet describing the ways we Move You, Safely, and advises RNO passengers on COVID-19 related travel issues. READ HERE
